Abstract
To screen microorganism with high efficiency of degrading glucosinolates, taking rapeseed meal as material, glucosinolates-degrading bacteria were screened through enrichment, isolation and palladium chloride-glucosinolates degrading rate method. Microscopic morphological and molecular biological assays on one screened high effective bacteria strain were conducted. Totally 10 strains with capacity of degrading glucosinolates were screened. The degrading rates of these 10 strains were 40%~60%, and the highest degrading rate(58.11%) was observed in strain No.8. The morphological characteristics and ITS sequence of strain No.8 indicated it belongs to Aspergilus flavus.
