Study on forage production and price fluctuations in United States

The inventory of herbivorous livestock, especially dairy cows, increased dramatically in China. Hewerer, there is a large shortage of highquality forage in China. Importing forage gradually becomes an important way to solve the shortage of forage. United States is the largest forageproducing country and forage exporter in the world. This study analyzed forage production and price in United States, expecting to explore pasture development and price fluctuation in United States, and provide guide of forage importing and production for China.
