The Parasitic conditions of Tingidae from MongoliaXinjiang Region

  • MongoliaXinjiang Region, a vast territory from east to west, is the important base of animal husbandry in China. The pasture resources of MongoliaXinjiang Region suffer insect pests every year. Due to small size and and rarely move, Tingidae is hard to discover; but its harm to the grassland vegetation is serious. In this paper, Tingidae parasitic conditions of 43 genus belonging to 14 families were reported from MongoliaXinjiang Region, including 40 species belonging to 13 genera of Tingidae. The result showed that the Tingidae parasitic plants species were widely distributed in MongoliaXinjiang Region, some plants were parasitized by various Tingidae.
