钝叶草盐胁迫的临界浓度初步研究

中国钝叶草种质资源遗传多样性及重要性状的遗传标记研究(31560564)

摘要: 本研究拟通过水培法筛选钝叶草(Stenotaphrum secundatum)盐胁迫半致死浓度,为后期筛选耐盐钝叶草品系提供依据。研究分别以0、35、70、105、140、175、210、245、280和315 mmol·L-1 10个NaCl浓度梯度处理钝叶草,以叶色、枯黄率、坪用质量、匍匐茎长度和干物质重量5个指标进行综合评价,得出盐胁迫半致死临界浓度。结果表明,不同NaCl浓度处理下各指标之间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。随着处理盐浓度的增加,枯黄率显著下降(P<0.05),其他指标均呈显著上升趋势(P<0.05)。以钝叶草枯黄率数据建立线性回归方程,以50%枯黄率为标准,确定钝叶草的盐胁迫半致死临界浓度为185 mmol·L-1,研究结果为今后钝叶草种质资源大量筛选提供依据。
