“互联网+”背景下,草业企业O2O模式分析——以内蒙古草都农牧业发展有限责任公司为例

摘要: 在“互联网+产业”的大趋势下,作者在广泛阅读现有“互联网+”和O2O模式研究相关文献的基础上,进驻草业企业(内蒙古草都农牧业发展有限责任公司)实地调研,根据企业生产经营情况和战略规划布局,总结提出了“互联网+草业”背景下的草业O2O模式。本文以“互联网+”和O2O模式研究相关文献为基础,引出草业O2O模式,并对草业O2O模式中线上线下的各重要职能组成(牧草交易平台、区域运营中心、草产品销售网点和第3方服务提供商)进行分析。作者根据以草都公司为案例支撑的草业O2O模式,对草业企业互联网转型提出了一些意见和建议。
